The problem: The onset of COVID forced Goorin Bros. to shift their previously heavy in-store focus to a digital one.

The solution: Enter the Virtual Styling program. I was particularly proud of this as we had EXPERTS in their field at the ready. Previous store managers with 10+ years of experience selling hats. They KNOW hats.

New customers who entered through our Virtual Styling program had on average:

  • 2.7X more orders
  • 4.5X higher LTV
