Testing + Timing
The problem: We needed simpler ways to optimize our emails and make them more relevant, including raising visibility of our store location information without being totally manual.
The solution: We partnered with the company Movalbe Ink to dynamically customize and real-time optimize our emails based on a number of factors such as the weather, time of day, the device customers are on, etc. This increased visibility of the store locator information as well as helped us deliver more relevant content to our audience.
The result: 146 million impressions of real-time content in the year we partnered with MI.
