The strategy: Nearly every piece of content in the series is dynamic. The header and city copy in the hero were dynamic based on the stay location. The featured services were dynamic based on stay location and stay dates (to make sure only services offered during their stay were displayed). Bottom logo lock-up was dynamic based on who their property manager was (hundreds of possible variations). This example also included additional copy required by the Property Managers.

The results:

  • CTR increased 41.3% to 14.2% even with average receipients increasing 35%
  • For submissions (on the landing page) increased 119%
