Subscription Pop-up

The problem: The old pop-up had email and SMS opt-in on the same screen. While efficient, it didn't allow subscribers to enter more than one list. The need was to add email subscribers to one list, and SMS subscribers to another.

The solution: Update the pop-up so we may collect opt-ins for both email and SMS and add them to the appropriate lists.

  1. The updated form is displayed to shoppers who don't have an existing Klaviyo profile.
  2. A second form was added to collect SMS subscribers from people who have already opted into email.

The results: So far (the new form was published 6/13/23) submission rate has more than doubled.
