The goal: The onset of COVID forced Goorin Bros. to shift their previously heavy in-store focus to a digital one. How do we give the same hatter expertise to online customers?

I was particularly proud of this as we had EXPERTS in their field at the ready. Previous store managers with 10+ years of experience selling hats. They KNOW hats.

Customers could schedule Zoom appointments or use our live chat to speak to a real stylist.

Inside the Crown

A stylist-hosted monthly live Zoom for our biggest fans. Topics included:

  • Sneak peeks
  • Product giveaways
  • Q&A
  • Surprise guests
  • Pop-culture
  • Spotify playlists

The results:

  • An average of 60 monthly appointments were completed
  • 33 average chats/day

New customers who entered through our Virtual Styling program had on average:

  • 2.7X more orders
  • 4.5X higher LTV
